Access to this platform is strictly limited to authorized travel agents who have been granted a valid account by Creative Tours. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Each agent must hold a valid professional travel license and agree to our verification process before receiving login credentials. Creative Tours reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that does not comply with these terms.
Authorized agencies with an established account will be billed as per their agreed terms and payment deadlines.

Credit Card Payment via our trusted partner JCC Payment Systems
All card transactions are processed through JCC, a PCI DSS compliant gateway, ensuring end-to-end encryption and maximum transaction security. For more details, consult our internal Card Payment Terms & Conditions page.
Cancellation terms vary by hotel and by booking period. Full details of applicable cancellation conditions are clearly displayed before the final confirmation of each booking. It is the agent's responsibility to review and accept these conditions prior to proceeding.
Bookings are only considered confirmed upon:
Receipt of payment (if required)
Validation of the request by Creative Tours
Issuance of a booking reference
Creative Tours reserves the right to cancel or refuse any reservation not in compliance with these terms.
Agents are granted a non-transferable license to use the B2B platform solely for the purpose of making travel bookings on behalf of their clients.
Any misuse of the platform, automated scraping, or distribution of access credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Creative Tours shall not be held liable for any issues resulting from:
Failure to comply with hotel policies
Incorrect or incomplete client data provided by the agent
Force majeure events affecting the fulfillment of travel services
Agents are fully responsible for the accuracy of information entered during the booking process.
All personal and payment data is processed in compliance with EU GDPR regulations. For card transactions, data is handled directly by JCC through secure encrypted channels.
Creative Tours does not store or access your clients' credit card details at any time.
